Ms. Perrine moved to Las Vegas in 1972, as a copywriter and worked in television prior changing careers to real estate in 1976.

For several years Susie has served on the National Committee for the Performing Arts and National Symphony Orchestra for the Kennedy Center in D.C. She has also served on the executive board of the Nevada Ballet and Las Vegas Philharmonic including Nevada's International Women's Forum. She has been a member of the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, Southwest Chapter for over 30 years. She has served on the Executive Board for NAA (Nevada Arts Advocates) and various charitable organizations for Children and Animals. She has also helped various groups including Chefs for Kids, Girls & Boys Town, Child Haven, Shade Tree, Safe Nest, Golden Rainbow, Salvation Army (homeless shelter), Chef’s Culinary Society, F.I.T., Dental Society, Women’s Club of Summerlin, Child Focus and the National Jewish Medical & Research Center. She is a published author and songwriter.

She served as Editor of the GLVAR magazine over 4 years and on the Membership, Public Affairs and Political committees. Susie served two consecutive years as the 1983 and the 1984 President of the Women's Council of Realtors. She was the recipient of numerous 'Realtor of the Month' awards. During this time, Susie was one of the Founders of the Women's Council for the Chamber of Commerce. She served 2 years as Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce's 'Beautification Committee' and was instrumental in getting the Board of Realtors involved and to join the Chamber. Susie, along with a co member of the chamber, started the Las Vegas Strip Beautification project of which you see today. She brought to the chamber and city, the covered bus shelters along with the 'Keep America Beautiful' program that implemented the Las Vegas home recycling system.Ms. Perrine with a background in advertising started the first real estate colored magazines in Las Vegas - Homes & Land and Metropolitan Magazine. She also started the first luxury TV home show - Las Vegas Lifestyles.

Ms Perrine was born in Paris... (Arkansas, that is) and grew up in Flint Michigan. She attended college in Michigan and California. Owner and Broker of Las Vegas International Realty; Perrine represents many of the Las Vegas Stars and some of the world's most influential - affluent people
